Terms & booking policy

These terms apply to photography, video, retouching and branding work booked with Tasweer. Your quote and booking confirmation set out the specific scope, price and dates; where they differ from these terms, the quote wins.

Who you contract with

Tasweer is a brand operated by Infinity Filmz, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Quotes, contracts, invoices, receipts and refunds are issued by Infinity Filmz, and payments are made to Infinity Filmz.

Prices and quotes

  • Prices on this website are starting prices in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude 5% VAT.
  • Your firm quote, sent on WhatsApp or email, reflects your exact scope, dates and location. Travel outside Dubai, models, props, studio hire for special sets and third-party costs are quoted up front.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Holds, deposits and rescheduling

  • Holding a date online is free. A hold lasts 24 hours; if we have not agreed the booking by then, the date is released.
  • A booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit stated in your quote and you accept the quote.
  • You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the shoot, subject to availability. Changes within 48 hours, or no-shows, may forfeit the deposit.
  • If we have to reschedule for reasons on our side, you choose a new date or a full refund of the deposit.
  • The balance is due on delivery unless your quote says otherwise.

Products, pickup and care

  • Free pickup and return across Dubai is included on Signature packages and above. Couriers to and from other emirates are quoted up front.
  • Please send products clean, ironed or steamed where relevant, with a list of SKUs. We handle products with care; insurance for high-value items should be arranged by the owner unless agreed in writing.

Delivery and revisions

  • Delivery times are those stated in your package or quote (for example 2 to 3 days for ecommerce packages, 7 to 12 days for product sessions, the same day for events and 24 hours for real estate). 48-hour rush is available as an add-on.
  • Wedding, film, case-study and branding timelines are stated in your quote.
  • One round of retouching revisions is included. Further rounds are charged at the rate in your quote.
  • Delivered files are kept in our archive for at least 24 months.

Usage licence and ownership

  • Once paid in full, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial licence to use the delivered images and videos on your own channels: marketplaces, your website, social media, email, paid advertising and print.
  • Tasweer keeps the copyright and may show the work in its portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
  • Reselling or sublicensing the images as stock, or transferring them to third parties other than your agencies and marketplaces, needs our written agreement.
  • Branding and design work: on full payment, ownership of the final approved artwork (logo, identity files) transfers to you. Trademark registration and printing costs are not included unless quoted.
  • Models and talent are booked for the usage agreed in the quote; wider usage may need an additional talent fee.

Liability

Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.
