How much does event photography cost in Dubai?
Every event package includes a photographer and a videographer. Essential is AED 3,300 for 1 to 4 hours with 30 edited photos and a highlight video, Signature is AED 4,500 for 5 to 8 hours with 45 photos and an Instagram reel, and Heirloom is AED 5,700 for 9 to 12 hours with 60 photos, 2 highlight videos and 2 reels. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
How fast do we get the photos?
Edited photos and the highlight video are delivered the same day, together with all RAW photos and video footage.
Can you edit on site for live social posting?
Yes. Heirloom includes on-site editing, so your social team receives images during the event. It can also be added to Signature for an extra fee.
Do you cover conferences at venues like Dubai World Trade Centre?
Yes. We cover conferences, exhibitions and launches at hotels, exhibition centres and private venues across Dubai. We coordinate with the venue and organiser on access and any supplier requirements.
Do you need a permit to film our event?
Coverage inside a booked venue is normally arranged with the venue and organiser. Public or outdoor locations may need a permit for professional filming, and the requirements depend on the location, so we check and advise before the event.
Can you cover private celebrations too?
Yes. Birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and family celebrations are welcome, with the same fast delivery as corporate events.
